First Meeting | Andorid 17 x Black Fem Reader

AN: This is a request from @lelewright1234. The reader is also Goku’s daughter, the middle child of Goku and ChiChi.

Warnings: fluff, slight yearning,

The first time you officially met Android 17, Lapis, was during the tournament of power. Being Goku’s only girl, you were spoiled and typically kept secret. Goku wouldn’t want his enemies to know that he is a daddy’s girl. Using it to their advantage and putting you in danger. He couldn’t let that happen. Your dad wasn’t the only one who was protective of you; your older brother, Gohan, was too.

When you first lay eyes on Lapis, you are awed by his immense aura and beauty. Your eyes roamed all around his body, clear interest behind it. You didn’t sense the way Gohan’s whole body tensed. His eyes are watching you intently. It was obvious that you formed a crush on the android. You would shy away from him, wrapping a finger around a coil of your hair. Twisting it as you had that toothy grin on your face. You would be a fool if you didn’t notice it, and Android 17 was no fool.

Lapis would be lying if he said you weren’t cute. He noticed the way you would root him on the sidelines. The way you smiled so brightly when he defeated an enemy. It made a smile come on his face. It even motivated him to work ten times harder to impress you. Which in turn made you cheer him on harder. And when he won the tournament, tears streamed down your cheeks as you cheered loudly.

Getting 17 alone was very difficult, as everyone praised his strength. But when you finally were alone with him, something sweet was in the air. Heart pounding in your chest as you stared down at your hands. For a Sayian, you were pretty timid, Lapis places a reassuring hand on your shoulder. He gives it a slight squeeze and a small smile towards you. It gave you the strength to finally say something. “Congratulations.” Your words were like a soft melody in his ears.

The sweet aroma of strawberries wavering off of your body. Lapis had to fight off his inner thoughts, mentally debating whether or not he could get closer to you. You had such a comforting nature, soft and nurturing. The complete opposite of your family members. Lapis eyes landed on the top of your head; soft curls framed your face perfectly. He studied your features as if in a trance.

You avoided looking at his face, beginning to feel your body becoming hot. Before Lapis could say anything, your brother took you away. He grabs your arm and sends a menacing glare towards 17 before turning to you, his features softening. “You have to be careful," He explains. You roll your eyes at his words. His grip on your arm becomes unbearable as you shake his hand off before fully turning towards him.

��Hey, I’m not a baby. I don’t need you hovering over me.” Gohan shakes his head. “Please, Don’t be difficult. I have to make sure you are safe. That's what I'm supposed to do.” You glance back towards 17, who is speaking to 18. “I understand you are worried. But they aren’t our enemy anymore. See, we won the tournament because of them.” Gohan says no other words before sighing and beginning to scratch at his head. His words became soft. “Just be careful.” He whispers. You nod your head joyfully.

Bonus:

After becoming acquainted with Lapis, you two grew very close. To the point, you two hung out together almost daily, to Gohan's dismay. You two were currently having a picnic at a flower field. Lapis’ eyes were glossed over with the pink-yellow sundress you adorned. His hands turned clammy, and his throat became choked up.

You were breathtakingly beautiful. You sat next to each other as you looked up into the sky. “Isn’t it beautiful?” You asked. A hum left Lapis’ lips as he nodded his head, his eyes never leaving you. “Yes, truly.” You let out a small laugh before picking up a yellow daisy and examining the petals. You turned towards Lapis. “Can I put this in your hair?” He smiles gently before nodding his head.

You take his agreement and place the flower behind his ear. Moving a few strands out of the way. You were too focused on the task to realize the way he stared at you. He watched the way your nose scrunched up in concentration. His eyes looked over your long lashes, your puffy cheeks, and full lips. His full attention goes towards your lips. They looked so soft. He gulps down his thoughts and looks upwards towards your eyes once again.

When you began to move back, 17 grasped onto your arm, keeping you in place. You raise your eyebrow in confusion. “Lapis is something the matter?” He shakes his head. “Could I put some flowers in your hair?” He gestures to the fluffy fro on top of your head. You let out a small laugh and nod your head happily.

You move to sit straight upwards; you close your eyes as you await for his touch. Lapis used this time to continue to admire your features. He began to pick flowers that resembled your energy, some daisies and roses, which he placed in different locations in your hair.

“You can open your eyes.” You slowly open your eyes to see 17 holding up the phone with the camera app open. You could see the beautiful array of yellow and orange roses and daisies set throughout your hair. The small smile on your lips widens as you admire his work. “Thank you,” You bashfully look up at him. If 17 had a heart, he knew it would be beating very rapidly at this moment.
